Step 1: Final Quality Check. Before any glove goes into a bag, our team checks the stitching, the wrist straps, and the brand colors.
Step 2: Plastic Film Application. The protective film is carefully pressed onto the palms without trapping air bubbles.
Step 3: The Retail Bag. Each pair is placed inside its own breathable retail bag. We usually use premium zip-lock bags or custom-branded pouches.
Step 4: Moisture Control. We drop a small silica gel packet into every bag. This absorbs extra moisture and stops mold from growing during shipping.
Step 5: The Master Carton. The bagged gloves are packed neatly into thick, heavy-duty cardboard master cartons. We pack them tightly so they do not bounce around, but loosely enough so the latex does not get crushed.
